Magic Guest House in Rome was magical! Well located, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Basic room service and lovely balcony with a view of Vittorio Emmanuele Square. Spacious and modern, with all necessary amenities provided. A wonderful stay overall!

Convenient location for major sights in Rome, easily accessible by foot. Excellent, clean room with new amenities and working air conditioner. Friendly and helpful hostess provided guidance on getting around. a pleasant stay and would choose this accommodation again when visiting Rome.

The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, being within a short walking distance from the central Termini Station. it was situated right in front of a metro station, providing easy access to the city's attractions. The staff members, particularly Lily and her daughter, were very welcoming and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and fresh towels were provided daily. The communal kitchen area offered various facilities such as a coffee machine, small fridge, and microwave, adding convenience to our stay.
One negative aspect was the noise from the street that could be heard in the room, even with the windows closed.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The location was very convenient as it was close to the metro station and the train station. We loved that there was a side exit from the train station which led us directly to the guest house, minimizing the walking required.

The location of this guest house was fantastic, as it was close to the city center and near a metro station. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this guesthouse.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the excellent service provided by the staff. The rooms are kept very clean and the basic amenities are available. I particularly enjoyed the view of the very dark backyard from the window.
No major issues to report, everything was more than satisfactory.
